Since beginning his career in 1995, Dr. Khattab has amassed extensive clinical experience in his field. His educational journey commenced in Egypt, where he graduated in 1993. He then completed a rigorous residency program in plastic surgery at the Alexandria main university hospital, concluding in 1998, and subsequently obtained his master’s degree in plastic surgery.
Dr. Khattab’s professional development continued across various countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Ireland. He has trained and served in several major university hospitals, such as the Alexandria University Hospitals in Egypt, the National Guard Hospital in Saudi Arabia, and multiple esteemed hospitals in Ireland, including UCHG in Galway, Cork University Hospital, Beaumont, Mater’s, Temple St. Children’s Hospital, St. Vincent’s, and James Connolly Hospitals.
In 2009, Dr. Khattab relocated to Dubai, where he has been practicing as a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Hand Surgeon. His academic contributions are notable, with multiple publications in leading medical journals. He is an active member of the ESPRS, ISAPS, and the European Hand Society, and regularly participates and presents at international plastic surgery conferences around the world. Dr. Khattab’s commitment to his field and continuous pursuit of knowledge make him an asset to the medical community.

Aesthetic Surgery
Body Contouring including tummy tuck (Abdominoplasty), post-bariatric surgery, severe weight loss and multiple pregnancies, liposuction, lipofilling, facial rejuvenation, face lift, eyelids lift (Blepharoplasty), rhinoplasty and ear deformities correction.
Breast surgery
Including congenital deformities, reduction, augmentation, lift and reconstruction after cancer surgery.
Burns
Management of major burns including electric, chemical, and thermal burns. This includes resuscitation, in ICU/Burn Units, IV therapy, burn dressing and operative management (fasciotomy, excision & grafting and correction of burn contractures and deformities).
Injuries
Children facial and hand injuries with special interest in avoiding and minimizing scarring. Any major injuries which require flaps or grafts reconstruction in different areas of the body.
