Dr.Taher Mohamed Ali

Distinguished Neurosurgeon with over 12 years of experience in brain and spine surgeries for both adults and children. After completing his medical degree and residency training at Cairo university, he earned his Masters and then Doctorate degree in Neurosurgery in 2019. He then worked as Lecturer and consultant of Neurosurgery in Cairo university hospitals  and leading private hospitals in Egypt. He completed a Neuro-Endoscopy fellowship from Germany and obtained AO global spine diploma (Switzerland), in addition to fellowships and advanced courses in several renowned Germany hospitals. In 2023 he moved to UAE and worked as Neurosurgeon in Tawam and Sheikh Tahnoun (STMC) hospitals before joining Alzahra hospital Dubai.

Dr Taher has performed hundreds of yearly surgeries in various neurosurgery aspects with special expertise in minimally invasiv spine procedures – robotic surgery – endoscopy –brain and pituitary tumor surgeries – spine tumors – Head and spine trauma and paediatric neurosurgery.

He has published many peer reviewed research papers in leading neurosurgery journals and is reviewer for several presitigious Neurosurgery journals.
