Dr. Dana Nourallah
Consultant Ophthalmologist
Dr. Dana Nourallah is a highly accomplished Consultant Ophthalmologist with over 17 years of experience in managing complex eye conditions and performing advanced surgical procedures for both children and adults. She graduated from Damascus University with an MD and later earned a Master’s in Ophthalmology. She is certified by the Arab Board of Ophthalmology and holds the Fellowship of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO) as well as membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEd).
Dr. Nourallah completed a two-year fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Al Mouwasat University Hospital, where she gained extensive surgical expertise. She has performed more than 1,000 successful squint and cataract surgeries and previously established one of the leading Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus units in Damascus.
Since 2021, she has been based in Dubai, working in leading hospitals and providing comprehensive care in pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, cataract and refractive surgery, keratoconus management, and medical retina treatments. She is an active member of the World Society of Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus (WSPOS) and the International Strabismological Association (ISA), contributing to research, publications, and academic presentations locally and internationally.
