Work at Al Zahra Hospital

We have been through a lot of hard work and dedication in the orthopaedic department and a lot of effort of the whole team with excellence in healthcare provision has been given and a perfect work environment was provided by Al Zahra Hospital Dubai. Our goal as orthopaedics surgeon’s team is to provide high quality care to our patient was aligned with hospital vision and mission to be high quality and top stilled healthcare provider. We are motivated to continue the orthopaedic department at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai, growth and expansion of sub-specialization, to provide our patient with tertiary healthcare adding more and more value and excellence over the coming years.

My memories with Al Zahra goes back to 2013, when I joined this great Organization as a Radiographer, being an employee of the month earlier and being honoured as an employee of the year is a great achievement and would have not been possible without support from  my colleagues. As I have evidenced my career growth in this Organization I can say with confidence that all in Al Zahra strongly believe in their mission vision and values and being a member of this prestigious Organization is a surety that we are engaged in patient care with style.

I have been with Al Zahra hospital from August 2012. We started the hospital when there was basically nothing yet. I received the award for the best nurse for 2017 this year at the beginning and it was quite a surprise to me. I really appreciate that the work that a person puts into the hospital and into the staff gets noticed by yours colleagues. I think the greatest for me was the fact that I received this and one of my greatest gifts is enjoying people, I love people and it’s a gift. And I think by being around the staff and being part of growth and education I was chosen by the staff of the hospital as the best nurse of 2017 and I just want to say to the staff that by knowing your patient and by knowing your colleagues, by realizing what is your responsibility in your hospital, and growing your confidence and skills; you can also become one of the leaders in the hospital in time.
