At Al Zahra Hospital Dubai, your comfort starts before you reach the clinic. We are introducing a new parking system, managed by PARKONIC, to make parking simpler and more convenient for patients and visitors.
The new system will be introduced gradually from 1 October 2026 and will become fully operational on 15 October 2026.
One Simple Step
From 15 October 2026, there is one important thing to remember: please validate your parking before you leave the hospital.
How to Validate Your Parking
The validation process depends on the type of visit:
Outpatient Appointments
After check-in, you will receive an SMS with a parking validation link. Open the link and validate your vehicle. Your parking validation is valid for up to 4 hours.
Emergency Visits
After check-in, you will receive an SMS with a parking validation link. Open the link and validate your vehicle. Your parking validation is valid for up to 6 hours.
Inpatients
Our reception team will validate your vehicle plate number at check-in. Parking is free throughout your inpatient stay.
Pharmacy, Laboratory and Radiology Visits
A dedicated parking validation staff member will assist you. Please present proof of your visit to complete the validation.
If you stay longer than your allocated free parking period, a charge of AED 10 for every additional hour or part thereof will apply.
Visiting a Patient?
For visitors and vehicles without parking validation, a parking charge of AED 50 per hour or part thereof will apply.
How to Pay
Any applicable parking charges will be deducted automatically from the SALIK account linked to your vehicle.
A Helpful Tip
When validating your parking, please make sure your vehicle plate number is correct.
Parking charges cannot be refunded in cases of an incorrect plate number or missed validation. A quick check before completing the process can help you avoid unnecessary charges.
